Our Adults Intro Class is designed specifically for complete beginners with little or no Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience.
This introductory program can be delivered as a private 1-on-1 session or in a small group setting of up to 4 participants, allowing for personalized instruction while maintaining a comfortable learning environment.

Our Movement Class is designed for everyone — from beginners who are just starting Jiu-Jitsu to higher belts who want to understand their own body better and improve their performance on the mats.
Led by Coach Aubrey, this class focuses on body awareness, coordination, balance, mobility, control, and movement patterns that directly help with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Advanced Class with Coach Kelvin Almeida
Our Advanced Class is designed for students who already have a good understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and want to take their training to the next level.
Led by Coach Kelvin Almeida, this class focuses on deeper technical details, advanced positions, transitions, submissions, escapes, strategy, and live training situations. Students will learn how to connect techniques, improve timing, sharpen decision-making, and build a more complete BJJ game.
This class is perfect for students who want to challenge themselves, prepare for competition, or continue improving beyond the basics in a structured and high-level environment.
Perfect for: experienced white belts, blue belts and above, competitors, and students ready for a harder training pace.

Our Judo Class is designed for students who want to improve their stand-up game and become more confident on their feet.
